Chef Christiaan Stoop has been mentored by celebrated chefs such as, the 7 time Michelin star awardee Chef Carme Ruscalleda, Chef Heston Blumenthal of The Fat Duck fame and Chef Bobby Bräuer in Germany at the 'BMW World'.
Chef Christiaan Stoop’s menu promises to take diners through a four-course culinary journey through the various European countries. TheConfessions of a Culinary Traveller is a menu that showcases dishes that have been hand-picked by him as he travelled through Europe and offers guests an exclusive amalgamation of travel-inspired dishes that promises to showcase each country into one course.
The special culinary showcase will entail Chef Christiaan Stoop’s Tasting menus at Vetro, between 11th July to 14th July, 2019. The menu will be available as a Lunch Menu Du Jour which will feature a 3 course tasting menu and Dinner will showcase a Chef’s Gourmand menu with 5 courses. Each course may also be paired with a selection of old and new world wines from the ‘Best of Europe’ by our Sommelier. Our wines will be showcased from our wine library the Enoteca, that recently been recognised for the Best Wine Collection, by the prestigious, Travel + Leisure Delicious Food Awards 2018.
